Mike Himley
President and CEO
Himley brings a unique blend of top level strategy and practical implementation from more than 18 years of global business experience.
Prior to founding Eagle Intelligence, Himley was the General Manager of a software firm serving the Law Enforcement sector and established the business operations in the Western Region of the US. Before that, Himley was responsible for the North and South American Aerospace and Government commercial operations for a Billion dollar IT solutions firm dedicated to the air transport industry.
He has held positions in commercial management, alliance development, sales and marketing strategy, strategy implementation, sales management, and business development. Himley’s experience spans numerous industries including software, high-tech, transportation, aerospace, government, and banking/finance. He has traveled extensively and conducted business throughout Europe, Asia Pacific, and North and South America.
Himley received his Bachelor’s degree in Business from Western Illinois University and an M.B.A. from DePaul University in Chicago. He has also attended various executive education courses from Harvard, IMD (International Institute for Management Development) in Switzerland and the Center for Creative Leadership.

Mamta Patel
Vice President-Information Technology
Mamta is a Principal architect with 20+ years of experience in all aspects of analysis, design and implementation of large scale, distributed business critical enterprise systems.
She is a recognized expert in distributed software design; database modeling and development in IBM DBMS, Oracle, SQL Server, and MS Access; Java technology; and CORBA server development. She has also developed applications in a number of languages including Fortran, C, C++, Motif, and Java and she filed a patent for a meta-data driven user interface which is configurable by the end-user.
She has years of experience translating the technical environment into business deliverables and has worked extensively with end users to design and implement large-scale distributed systems. She has worked on a number of projects including a DNA tracking system for the County of Los Angeles, a Point of Sale System for a Software Publishing Company, developed a worldwide petroleum analysis program for Chevron, and led a large-scale data integration project for a number of California-based law enforcement agencies.
Mamta holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of California, Riverside and a Master of Science in Computer Science from California State University, Fullerton.
